Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks or fresh if preferred
  • 1 cup full-fat coconut milk or coconut cream for a richer version
  • ½ cup pineapple juice
  • 1 –2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup optional, adjust to taste
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • Garnishes optional: maraschino cherries, pineapple wedges, mint leaves

Instructions
 

  • Add Ingredients to Blender
  • In a high-speed blender, combine the frozen pineapple, coconut milk, pineapple juice, honey (if using), and ice cubes.
  • Blend Until Smooth
  • Blend on high for 1–2 minutes, or until the drink is creamy, frothy, and smooth. Scrape the sides if needed.
  • Taste and Adjust
  • Taste the mixture and add more sweetener or pineapple juice if desired. For added zing, a splash of lime juice works great!
  • Serve Immediately
