- ½ cup pineapple juice
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup optional, to taste
- Juice of 1 lime
- ½ –1 cup ice optional, for extra thickness

Prep Ingredients: Measure and prepare all ingredients. If your pineapple isn’t frozen, add more ice to thicken the drink.
Blend: In a blender, combine the frozen pineapple, coconut milk, pineapple juice, lime juice, and optional sweetener.
Add Ice (Optional): If desired, add ice to make it more frosty.
Blend Smooth: Blend on high for 30–60 seconds until creamy and smooth.
Taste & Adjust: Taste and adjust sweetness or tartness as needed.
Serve: Pour into glasses and garnish with pineapple wedges and cherries.
Enjoy: Serve immediately with a straw or spoon!
Sweetener Tip: If your pineapple is very ripe, you may not need any extra sweetener.
Coconut Milk Options: Use full-fat canned coconut milk for a creamier texture; light coconut milk can be used for a lighter version.
Serving Ideas: Great served with grilled dishes, tacos, or fruity desserts.
Storage: Best enjoyed fresh. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 24 hours and shaken before serving.
Freezing Option: Freeze leftovers in ice cube trays and reblend for a slushy treat later.
