  • Prep the Chicken: Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Use a meat mallet or rolling pin to gently flatten the chicken to an even thickness for consistent cooking.
  • Bread the Chicken: Set up three shallow bowls. In the first, place flour. In the second, beat the eggs. In the third, mix breadcrumbs with grated Parmesan. Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip in eggs, and coat with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to ensure the coating sticks.
  • Fry the Chicken: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Once hot, fry the chicken for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden and crispy. Transfer the chicken to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
  • Assemble the Dish: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Spread a thin layer of Ragu Traditional Pasta Sauce at the bottom of a baking dish. Place the fried chicken breasts on top. Spoon more Ragu sauce over each piece and sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
  • Bake: Place the baking dish in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and slightly browned, and the chicken is cooked through.
