- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- Fresh parsley & lemon wedges for serving
Preheat broiler to high. Line a baking sheet with foil.
Mix marinade: olive oil, garlic, lemon juice/zest, spices.
Brush fillets with marinade.
Broil 5–6 mins per side, or until flaky and golden.
Garnish with parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
Use a meat thermometer: aim for 137–145°F.
Don’t overcook—it dries quickly.
