Ingredients
  

  • 1 oz dark rum
  • 1 oz light rum
  • 1 oz fresh orange juice
  • 1 oz pineapple juice
  • ½ oz grenadine
  • 2 –3 dashes Angostura bitters
  • Crushed ice
  • Garnish: Orange slice & maraschino cherry

  • Add Ingredients:
  • In a cocktail shaker, combine dark rum, light rum, orange juice, pineapple juice, grenadine, and bitters.
  • Shake Well:
  • Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15–20 seconds until the mixture is chilled and slightly frothy.
  • Serve:
  • Strain the mixture into a tall glass filled with crushed ice.
  • Garnish:
  • Top with a slice of orange and a cherry for that signature tropical touch.
  • Enjoy:
  • Sip slowly and savor the island vibes!

Notes

Fresh juice is key—it makes the cocktail much more vibrant.
For an authentic touch, use Gosling’s Black Seal Rum, a Bermudian classic.
Want it lighter? Add a splash of club soda to make it bubbly.
This recipe can easily be scaled up for a party pitcher—just multiply the ingredients and stir well.
Serve immediately for best flavor and chill. Avoid adding ice to the pitcher if batching.
